Melfort Village is one of the most successful timeshare operations in Scotland, probably the UK. It is owned and managed by The Melfort Club, being the association of Melfort time-share owners, which was formed in 1983. Each time-share owner has a direct say in the way the Village is run, through a professionally qualified Committee elected from the membership.

Although all original timeshare cottages were fully sold-out by the end of 1995 and no further development is planned, The Melfort Club offers a successful Re-Sale Programme.

Melfort Village is proud to be affiliated to RCI and is a Gold Crown Resort.

Cottage Focus for April is Haybarn Cottage (2 bedrooms). This cosy semi-detached cottage sits snugly in the corner of the Paddock with views over the Village and Hills. Good value weeks available in Haybarn Cottage include weeks 6, 20, 21, 25, 36 & 38.
