Melfort Village is one of the most successful timeshare operations in Scotland, probably the UK. It is owned and managed by The Melfort Club, being the association of Melfort time-share owners, which was formed in 1983. Each time-share owner has a direct say in the way the Village is run, through a professionally qualified Committee elected from the membership.

Although all original timeshare cottages were fully sold-out by the end of 1995 and no further development is planned, The Melfort Club offers a successful Re-Sale Programme.

Melfort Village is proud to be affiliated to RCI and is a Gold Crown Resort.

Cottage Focus for February  is the Cooperage Apartments. These two bedroom apartments have wood burning stoves and open plan living accommodation. Lower Cooperage is on ground floor level and Upper Cooperage is on the first floor. Good value weeks available in Upper and Lower Cooperage include weeks 3, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 33, 40, & 45.
