Chapter 6: A Walk in the Woods

Later that evening, Bramble Bear and his friends took a quiet walk through the nearby forest. The trees whispered in the breeze, and a deer peeked shyly from behind a fern.

“I love how peaceful it is here,” Bramble whispered.

They followed a winding trail, saw fairy mushrooms, and even spotted a golden eagle soaring above

. Fergus picked up a shiny stone. “A lucky stone,” he said, and gave it to Bramble Bear. “To remember today.”

Bramble tucked it into his bag. “This has been the best holiday I’ve ever had.”
