Walled Garden Apartment 11

The Walled Garden Cottages are set in a secluded sunny corner, within the walls of the old Estate gardens and some 500 yards from the Inner Village.  There are 10 mews style two-bedroom cottages and one two-bedroom first floor apartment (Walled Garden Apartment 11).  Each self-catering cottage/apartment enjoys views over the beautifully kept gardens and to the South overlooking Loch Melfort.  There are plenty of car parking spaces to the rear of the building, with visitors car parking provided immediately outside the garden gates. Within the centre of the building is a small leisure area which incorporates a sauna and games room with table tennis, pool and an XBox – there is also a small laundry, communal deep freeze and vending machine.

Cottage Features

Access to Walled Garden Apartment 11 is from the rear of the building, through an entrance hall with stairs up to the first floor accommodation. Leading from the stairs is a hallway opening onto the light, airy, open-plan sitting room, dining area and kitchen, bathroom with large bath and over bath shower, spacious master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower cubicle, w.c. & wash hand basin) and small twin bedroom. Walled Garden 11 , being a first floor apartment, enjoys the best views of all the Walled Garden properties.

Permanent Membership

  • You will own your week in perpetuity but will have the option to exit after 25 years.
  • The property is heritable so may be passed on to children as part of your estate or resold by The Melfort Club.

10 Year Membership

  • Watch the family grow up with an annual holiday to Melfort Village, perfect for young parents or grandparents.
  • After 10 years, you can choose to move to a smaller or larger property, choose a different week, or walk away with no ties.

  • Friends & family can use your week if you can’t come for any reason.
  • After permanent membership, our 10 year membership is the 2nd most cost effective option.

5 Year Membership

  • Try our Holiday Ownership to see if it’s for you with this low cost option.
  • Guarantee a specific property for 5 years and then change to another cottage or time of year as your family size or demands change.
  • Perfect option for new retirees looking for a way to secure a relaxing annual break without committing to a long term option.
  • You can exit membership after 5 years with no ties, renew or opt for one of our other holiday ownership options.
  • Get to know the area before deciding to re-purchase or move on to another location.
