We know that many of you were unable to come and stay over the summer due to the National lock-down and have missed your time here at Melfort.

The summer was a very peaceful time here and less people around meant that nature flourished all around.

The small team on site during the early summer were very fortunate to have daily sightings of our wonderful local wildlife which we have shown here.

The gardens and grounds  around Melfort were also abundant with flowers and birdsong. You’ll be pleased to hear that we have added more bird feeders around
the estate to encourage the birds to continue feeding through the winter months.

John has been busy around the Estate making sure bulbs have been planted and the grounds have been maintained ready for the season ahead.
