  • Take a Woodland Walk

    Set off from your cottage and explore the wonderful woodland around the village. Keep a look out for snowdrops, daffodils, primroses and crocuses, or perhaps even early bluebells. Use all your senses to really enjoy the experience: touch the bark, listen our for wild birds, squirrels and rabbits and breathe in the crisp forest air.

  • Go for a Bike Ride and Picnic to Ardmaddy Castle

    Bring your bikes with you and set off for a ride with a picnic. Take the road past the Pier Houses toward Kilchoan and if you are feeling adventurous you can lock up the bikes and go up over the hill to Ardmaddy Castle on foot and picnic in the grounds.

  • Take the Ferry to Mull

    Head to Oban and hop on the ferry as a foot passenger across to Mull. At Craignure, you can catch a bus to explore the island and its treasures such as Tobermory, Duart Castle, Calgary Beach and so much more.

  • Go Horse Riding
