Becoming a member at Melfort Village involves a series of steps, each one taking you closer to Magical Melfort holidays.

If you’re already familiar with Melfort Village, you can browse our available membership weeks here.

If you’ve not been to Melfort Village before, why not arrange a viewing either in person or via zoom.  Contact the team today and they will be happy to assist.

Why not take step one today and make an enquiry!  

Check-in to your cottage is available from 5pm on the day of your arrival. You can, of course, arrive earlier and make use of the facilities onsite until your cottage is available.

We ask that guests vacate their cottage by 10am on the day of departure but you are welcome to carry on using the facilities after check-out.

Your keys will be available in the key safe outside your property.  Reception will contact you in advance of your arrival with your key safe access code.

Absolutely! We love our furry guests. Up to 2 pets are allowed per cottage and there is a small charge of £17.50 for the 1st pet and £8.75 for the second. This is to cover extra cleaning after your stay and we also give all of our doggy visitors a holiday welcome pack.

Any electricity used is chargeable and must be paid before you depart. Meters are read in the afternoon on the day prior to your arrival and will be read one day before you leave. If you intend to leave early please inform us the day before so the meter can be read the day before you departure.

Yes, WiFi is available throughout the village free of charge. Details of the WiFi code is provided in your welcome pack.

No, the pool facilities are free for owners. There is a charge for swimming lessons if requested.

Vodafone, EE and O2 have  relatively good signal throughout the village however other networks are a bit patchy. There are two pay phones located in the village for use if required.

Don’t worry, there are options available to rent it out, swap it with another owner or bank it with an exchange partner.

Yes, ownership or membership will always be for the same week each year.
